Processing takes between 2-7 business days and 2-5 business days for non-apparel products

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive your shipment within the time frame I advertise, please make sure that your address is fully entered and correct when placing your order. I do not take responsibility for incorrect information. If your item is returned or non-deliverable due to an incomplete or invalid address, You will be responsible for extra shipping fee's to reship your item to the correct address.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, You must contact the delivery carrier (either the United States Postal Service, DHL or FedEx) and address the issue directly with them. CHERIELAVISION does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated as delivered by the carrier. I do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
